1.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message
immediately. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us
immediately.
2. Please confirm your shipping address before
paying, you are best to leave the phone number for contacting. Please
provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased
for any updated information.
3. Items are generally shipped out
within 12-24 hours after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and
most national holidays excluded).
4. We usually use DHL, EMS,
UPS or FedEx to deliver your items, straight to your door, please make
sure you are at home when parcel arrived at your door.
5. Once
we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it is
available. Package transiting time normally takes 5 to 10 business days,
depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal
Service's control. If there is a little delay, please have more
patience. Thanks a lot for supporting us.
Exchange Policy
1. We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us.
2.
We will accept exchanges for a wrong size or color within 10 days of
the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your order ID
and order details which will help you. Feedback now!
3. You must
contact us before sending the items back, we will give the correct
returning address. All items sent back to us must be in their original
condition i. e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
4. We do not
cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the
return postage and for the shipping postage of shipping the exchanged
items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when
sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be
responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable.
5. Please email us tracking number when you send the parcel back.
Returns Policy
1. We only allow the returning for items that have problems caused by us, hope your kind understanding.
2.
You can return your products for a full refund (minus postage costs) if
they are unopened and in a salable condition to the address below.
3.
Email us with returning shipping address before sending the items back
and let us know what products you will be returning. Please ensure that
the products are packaged safely and securely. We cannot accept
liability for goods that get lost or damaged during the returns process.
We therefore request that you ask for a Certificate of Posting when
returning products by post. Once we have received the items, a refund
will be actioned within 14 days.
4. Goods must be returned
within 7 days of receipt date-unworn and contain all the original
packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment,
excluding 20% re-stocking/processing fee,handling charge and shipping
fee cost from us are non-refundable. All shipping costs associated with
the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
